To support our Sales’ team, we are recruiting for Minasolve a:

Sales Manager M/W
CDI

Reporting to the Sales Director, your main role is to organize the sales and promotion activities so that business plans can be fulfilled while maximising our customer satisfaction.
Your main responsibilities for this position are:

Business development
* Identify market opportunities for existing products and new products and establishes prospection plans to capture such opportunities
* Target and develop new business relationships, projects and contracts (identify leads, increases sales, market shares and profitability)
* Participate to market communication, develop and maintain marketing and communication tools (websites, presentations, marketing supports…)
* Participate to relevant trade shows

Budget and pricing
* Prepare offers and negotiate prices with the potential customers within the scope of the approved price strategy
* Participate to the development and growth of Minasolve, through strategy evolution propositions and continuous improvement propositions for the Minasolve operations

 Sales realization
* Communicate with customers to identify their needs, establish sales contracts, and confirm purchase orders and forecasts
* Communicate orders and forecast to the Supply Chain and coordinate internally to confirm or not customer requests and propose alternative option when it seems necessary

Customer communication
* Coordinates communication with the customers in the event of changes or issues requiring customer information and/or approval
* Monitors customer satisfaction, communicates events within the team, and takes improvement initiatives

Quality management
* Communicate about customer complaints to the Quality Team through the systems and may act a as communication intermediate between Quality and the customer
* Participate as lead auditor, or co-auditor in internal and supplier audits
* Participate Annual Management Review through data input, discussion of contents and determination of objectives and actions

 
You already gained at least three years’ experience in a Sales service department with similar tasks, and you are customer and service oriented, able to stay calm under pressure and reliable.

You know how to build close working relationships with your customers and are constantly striving to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.

As part of recurrent business travel, you are mobile and flexible in your work.          

Fluency in English and in French is required. Your ability to communicate in German in a professional context is a plus for this position.

You work accurately and are very well organised and structured. You are a team player, can work autonomously and have excellent communication skills?
