QHSSE Manager (F/M)

We are looking for a HSSEQ Coordinator for our company Jifmar Scotland.
 
·       Comply with and ensure compliance with the company's QHSE policies and safety instructions, and pass on the duty to report dangerous situations, incidents or accidents using the tools made available to you or one of your colleagues.
·       Familiarize yourself with the single professional risk assessment document and ensure that it is kept up to date. Ensuring that control measures are implemented.
·       Ensuring and raising awareness of the application of the QMS / SMS and compliance with safety rules when travelling on bases or ships.
·       Monitoring and continuous improvement of the subsidiary's documentation system (document control, change requests). Drawing up and developing procedures and monitoring compliance with their application.
·       Prepares management reviews (data collection, implementation and monitoring of monthly process KPIs, annual process review).
·       Ensuring compliance with the accident and TI procedure (reporting, opening, investigation, implementation of corrective actions and follow-up), and producing investigation reports where necessary.
·       Follow-up of NC and action plan for internal and external audits at subsidiaries.
·       QHSE induction for new arrivals
·       Carrying out regular site audits and head office internal audits
 
Knowledge required for the position :
 
·       Quality assurance system
·       Audit techniques
·       Problem-solving methods
·       ISO 9001, 45001, 14001 and if possible, ISM/MLC standards
·       Knowledge of UK regulations
·       Designing and implementing a quality awareness system
 
Skills required for the position :
