Founded in 2014, Sim&Cure is French digital start-up focused on improving neurovascular treatments of cerebral aneurysm with a proprietary software suite. The Sim&Size™ software is a Class II medical device with CE mark and FDA clearance that has already been used to treat more than 10,000+ patients in 500+ hospitals in the world.

Through several modules, Sim&Size™ is a software suite that provides to the physician a 3D visualization of medical images and a computational model of neurovascular implantable medical devices (IMDs). The therapeutic strategy is the most important step of this disease treatment and Sim&Size™ is now part of it by being efficient, safe, and reproducible. Computational modeling of specific devices in the anatomy of a patient helps the physician to achieve the intended outcome of the intervention.
 
The Key Account Manager (KAM) is responsible for the prospecting, development, follow-up and retention of Sim&Cure customers across all products/services sold. From start to finish, the KAM manages all sales activities while focusing on maximizing revenue for Sim&Cure, quality of service, and building solid relationships with customers.

Core Responsibilities

• Prospect for potential customers and establish key relationships within each account.

• Identify account needs and develop a sales strategy to deliver Sim&Cure products to address the needs and retain customers.

• Work with all stakeholders in the account to pursue the sale and ensure the sale closes in a timely manner.

• Establish short, medium, and long-term sales objectives and follow up on their achievement.

• Establish weekly, monthly and/or annual activity reports.

• Establish customers, upsell, and cross sell. New sales is the focus.

• Analyze the client's needs in collaboration with the Clinical Application Support team and propose appropriate solutions.

• Manage deployment of the commercial policy in his/her territory with his/her clients (physicians, IT, hospital administration and other stakeholders in the sales process).

• Coordinate the internal services needed for his/her contacts (training and education, marketing, IT processes, R&D, regulatory, etc.)

• Participate in key sales events such as conferences, trade shows, trainings, etc.

 
Our preferred candidate would have a network of hospital contacts in his/her territory that they can use to drive the adoption of Sim&Cure products. Candidates with proven commercial experience and an ability to sell SaaS in the hospital setting will grow and succeed at Sim&Cure. A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field 4+ years of experience as a Key Account Manager or a similar customer-facing selling role in medical software is required.

• Has a clear vision of the roadmap and the initiatives to be taken to achieve sales objectives.

• Has excellent interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, diplomacy, and is flexible and able to adapt.

TERRITORY: Northeastern United States.
